All our ingredients are of the highest quality. All fruit cakes used contain nuts, or traces of nuts or nut oil.
Sponge, flavoured and chocolate cakes, are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration. The cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.
Please be aware that any cakes with edible colours on them will contain artificial colourings. Please contact for a list of colourings in your cake if you would like further detail.
Sugar paste (the soft icing covering the cake) is not designed to be refrigerated and as such cakes with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration may cause colours to run.
Chocolate, Please do not store truffles or any chocolate products in the fridge, keep in the original box and store in a cool dry room.
I prefer three months notice on wedding cakes however I will accept short notice cakes subject to the availability of the date required.
Birthday cakes have details for ordering with desciption of cake. Most novelty, wedding and birthday cakes can not be delivered by royal mail as they are too delicate, please contact for personal delivery charges.
Mail order items such as cookies must be ordered by date shown and will be packaged for transit. Liability can not be taken for good broken in transit, however a replacement arrangement can be agreed.
50% of cake balance may be returned if cancellation is within 1 month of the wedding date.
Cakes will be delivered and set up subject to availability; any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change, however prior notice will be given where possible. Confectionary goods can be delivered locally, please contact to arrange.
Cakes are to be collected from our premises at a pre-arranged time and date only.
